As we enter the new year and we reflect on our lives from a spiritual perspective over the last year, it's a good idea to examine ourselves to see where we can grow. In this first part of a two-part episode, we will learn how to conduct a spiritual self-examination to help us assess ourselves based on God's word. We will:
- Review a self-assessment aid that you can download which helps to assess yourself spiritually in different categories
- Look at questions to help assess our spiritual health in worship, including worship service attendance, singing, prayer, partaking of the Lord's supper and giving
- Consider our interaction with others and ask questions like: Do I stay after services to get to know people better? Do I help fellow Christians when the need arises? and several other questions
