At the end of our life, we often will look back and have regrets about things we failed to do or things we should have done differently. In this episode, we examine some common regrets that people had at the end of their life. Some of the regrets we will discuss are:
- I wish I’d had the courage to live a life true to myself, not the life others expected of me
- I wish that I had let myself be happier
- I wish I had increased my faith and knowledge
- I wish I was able to forgive myself and others
