What does the Bible say about promises? In todays episode, we will look at questions that have been submitted over the years about promises. Some of the questions we will discuss include:
- Is there any circumstance when an individual is released from a promise?
- Are promises we read about in the Bible for me today, or was it for the Israelites/prophets in those times?
- What is the meaning of the words/phrase "the first commandment with promise"; as stated in Ephesians, 6:2?
- How do those who believe in salvation defend their stand in the face of Jer 32:38-41 which states that God himself promised He will keep true believers from turning away?
