In the last episode, we started a series of studies on the Traditions of Men Versus the Word of God. As we continue our series, we now want to start evaluating some of the mainstream religions by comparing their stated beliefs with the word of God. In this episode, we will examine the religion of Catholicism and will discuss:
- The history of Catholicism
- How tradition is a central tenet of Catholicism
- The following Catholic beliefs:
- Man is not able to interpret the Bible, Pope and Bishops must do so
- The Pope is the head of the universal church. He has authority on earth
- How priests are another Christ and a means of access between sinner and God
- Baptism and the Lord's Supper
- Purgatory
- Answer questions submitted on Catholicism
